Australia-wide standard delivery

Standard delivery is free for orders delivered within Australia. There is no minimum order value for this offer. The standard shipping charge at checkout should be $0.

If checkout displays a standard shipping charge for an Australian address, please contact us before completing payment so we can check it.

Optional services

If you request a service outside standard delivery, such as a separately arranged special delivery service, we will confirm whether it is available and provide any price before you agree. We do not add an unapproved optional service charge to your order.

Returns and redelivery

Free standard outbound shipping is separate from return freight and any separately agreed redelivery arrangement. Faulty-product return costs are handled in accordance with your consumer rights. For other returns, we will confirm freight arrangements before you send the item.
